Looking young and healthy is actually quite easy once you know what to avoid in your daily life. Ladies, you're not the only ones who want to look great and maintain their appearance. Skin
1] Avoid direct exposure in the winter and summer weather. In the winter, wear gloves and appropriate clothing before shoveling or working outside. In the summer, apply sunscreen 20 minutes before going out.
2] Take daily vitamins and minerals that may be lacking in your diet to maintain clear and healthy looking skin.
3] To avoid dark circles, avoid drinking too much tea. Also watch your sugar intake.
4] Use a face wash to cleanse your skin daily. Avoid using hot water on your skin.
Face
1] Use anti-wrinkle creams to avoid those unwanted lines and aging marks on your face.
2] Avoid spending too many hours in the sun, as this can cause your skin to age faster.
3] Don't use oily creams or moisturizers.
4] Use quality cleaners or
scrubs on your face and be sure to be consistent.
Lips
1] If you prefer your lips to look larger, or more plump, you can use a toothbrush and scrub to exfoliate your lips.
2] Don't let your lips get chapped or dry. Apply chap-stick or Vaseline to get them soft and moisturized.
3] To avoid getting black lips, quit smoking.
4] To get a more reddish, natural appearance, maintain an appropriate diet.
Teeth
1] Avoid brushing too hard. This can cause the gums to bleed and actually turn the teeth yellow.
2] Always brush your teeth before bed to avoid letting food sit over night. Avoid alcohol.
3] Add a pinch of salt to your toothpaste to help whiten teeth.
4] Men should constantly chew gum, to maintain fresh breath.
Cheeks
1] Try to avoid touching your cheeks as much as possible to avoid the spread of bacteria.
2] Including extra vitamins in your diet will keep your skin looking lighter and softer, and get rid of dark spots.
3] Shave carefully to avoid unwanted scraps and cuts.
4] If you are overweight, try to loose a few pounds so that it doesn't show on your face.
Fitness
1] Drink plenty of water daily. At least 20 glasses.
2] Avoid slouching and get in your daily exercise.
3] Maintain a balanced diet and consider starting meditation.
4] Join a gym and keep up your fitness and tone those muscles.
Hair
1] Long hair doesn't suit most men. Keep it clean and cut short.
2] If you have dandruff, get a quality dandruff shampoo and get rid of it a.s.a.p.
3] When applying oils or gels to the hair, use a small amount and try to keep it as natural looking as possible.

1] Exercise daily to keep legs toned and firm.
2] Shaving or waxing too often can lead to fleshy bumps.
3] Massage your legs regularly to tighten skin.
4] Lower body exercises such as leg extensions, leg curls, lunges and squats are great for the legs.
Hands
1] Soak your hands for 5 minutes to hydrate the skin and straighten the nails.
2] Keep your nails trimmed and cleaned.
3] Use a fragrant free moisturizer on your hand to avoid rough patches and have smooth hands.
4] Wear gloves when working with staining oils or other liquids.
