Mr. Joe B Carvahlo, which spills the beans on its pronunciation itself, divides you in tears with its usual monotonous content. What we have is a detective Joe B Carvahlo (Arshad Warsi), who aspirations to become a James Bond but finishes up into a buffoon agency. The other we have is a Dabangg feminine Insp. But we have to seek those possibilities which are barely made available to us.
Mr. Joe is granted a case to find Khuranna’s (Shakti Kapoor) female child who has escaped to Goa while Phandis is presented over the case to trick Carlos whom she misjudges with Mr. Joe.
